HODIGROUP ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ZenPalette mobile application (the "App" or "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices in compliance with global privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

1. Information Collection and Use

We designed ZenPalette to minimize data collection. We do not require you to create a proprietary account. We collect only the information necessary to provide core features, serve advertisements, and improve our App.

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, OS version, app crash reports, and usage statistics. This data is collected automatically to ensure App stability and functionality.
  • Local Device Storage (Permissions): We may request access to your device's photo gallery/storage strictly to allow you to save your completed artworks. Images are saved locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, track your activities, or serve personalized ads.

  • Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. AdMob uses Advertising IDs (like Apple's IDFA or Android Ad ID) to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
  • Google Play Games Services: Used for achievements, leaderboards, and cloud saving (Android only).

Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

For iOS users (iOS 14.5+), we will request your explicit permission via the App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising. If you opt-out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

3. Rights of European Economic Area (EEA) Residents (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the EEA or UK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
  • The right of rectification (to correct inaccurate data).
  • The right to object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time (e.g., revoking tracking consent via device settings).

Our legal basis for processing data is your consent (for personalized ads) and our legitimate interest (for app functionality and crash reporting).

4. Rights of California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know: You can request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you over the past 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You can request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not "sell" personal information in the traditional sense. However, sharing data with AdMob for personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA. You can opt-out of personalized advertising via your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Service is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

ZenPalette는 자체적인 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 앱 기능 유지 및 광고 제공에 필수적인 최소한의 정보만을 수집합니다.

2. 제3자 서비스 및 광고 (ATT 포함)

본 서비스는 기능 제공 및 보상형 광고 노출을 위해 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다.

  • Google AdMob: 보상형 광고를 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다. AdMob은 광고 식별자(IDFA 또는 Android 광고 ID)를 수집하여 사용자 관심사 기반 맞춤형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다.
  • Google Play 게임 서비스: 안드로이드 사용자의 업적, 리더보드, 클라우드 저장 기능을 위해 사용됩니다.

Apple 앱 추적 투명성 (ATT)

iOS 14.5 이상 기기 사용자의 경우, 타사 앱 및 웹사이트를 가로질러 맞춤형 광고를 제공하기 위해 ATT 프레임워크를 통한 명시적 동의 팝업을 표시합니다. 추적을 거부(Opt-out)하더라도 광고는 계속 표시되지만, 관심사 기반 맞춤형 광고는 제공되지 않습니다.

本サービスでは、機能提供およびリワード広告配信のために以下のサードパーティサービスを利用しています。

  • Google AdMob: リワード広告配信のために使用されます。AdMobは、ユーザーの興味に基づくパーソナライズ広告を提供するため、広告識別子（IDFAまたはAndroid広告ID）を利用します。
  • Google Play ゲームサービス: Androidユーザーの実績、リーダーボード、クラウド保存のために利用されます。

Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

iOS 14.5以降のユーザーに対しては、ターゲティング広告の目的で他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断してユーザーを追跡する前に、ATTフレームワークを通じた明示的な同意ポップアップを表示します。トラッキングを拒否（オプトアウト）した場合でも広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズはされません。
