Overview

K-ZEN Jigsaw is designed for local-first puzzle play. You can start playing without creating a mandatory account, joining a public chat, or posting to a social feed. Most gameplay progress and profile preferences are stored on your device. When internet access is available, the app may receive remote puzzle content, event reward campaigns, and configuration data. On Android, Google Play Games Services may be used only when you choose to connect features such as achievements and leaderboards.

We keep local gameplay data separate from advertising, consent, and remote reward operation data so you can understand what stays on your device and what may be handled by service providers.

4. How we use information

  • Operate puzzles, save progress, resume play, and display completed poster collections.
  • Apply profile personalization such as nickname, avatar, theme, and fanlight skin.
  • Provide daily missions, daily gifts, event rewards, motion puzzle browsing, remote configuration, and content updates.
  • Record limited reward and campaign events such as impressions, clicks, claims, and rewarded-ad results to operate rewards and improve placement.
  • Use anonymous anti-abuse signals to prevent duplicate reward claims and protect the reward system.
  • Show banner ads or optional rewarded ads when internet access is available and permitted by your choices.
  • Manage advertising consent through Google UMP, including GDPR consent, IDFA-related messages, and iOS ATT status where applicable.
  • Maintain app stability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

5. Advertising, consent, and third-party services

The app may use Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform to deliver banner ads, optional rewarded ads, and privacy consent messages. Where required, UMP may show GDPR consent messages and, on iOS or iPadOS, an IDFA-related message before the Apple App Tracking Transparency system prompt. The app does not show a separate custom ATT pre-prompt. If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” the app does not ask you to allow tracking again in the same consent flow, and Google Mobile Ads requests may continue without sending the IDFA.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, device identifiers where permitted, ad data, app interaction data, crash logs, and performance diagnostics for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement. Supabase may be used for remote puzzle content, remote configuration, reward campaigns, reward claim logs, and limited operational event logs. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

  • Ads are not requested or displayed while the app is used entirely offline.
  • Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only when you choose to view them for an in-app reward.
  • For rewarded ads, the app may record whether the ad was started, completed, failed, dismissed, unavailable, or timed out so the reward can be granted correctly and campaign performance can be monitored.
  • K-ZEN Jigsaw does not sell personal information.
  • We do not use public chat, public user posts, or a social feed inside the app.

6. Google Play Games Services

On Android, K-ZEN Jigsaw may integrate Google Play Games Services only for player sign-in related to achievements and leaderboards. The configured basic scopes are openid, profile, and email. These scopes may let Google provide basic account identity, profile, and email information when you approve sign-in.

  • We use Play Games data to authenticate the player, submit leaderboard scores, and unlock or display achievements.
  • We do not use Google Play Games Services for public chat, social feeds, friend matching, saved games, Google Drive access, email marketing, or selling personal information.
  • Leaderboard scores and achievements may be visible according to Google Play Games settings and the user’s Google account choices.
  • You can manage Google Play Games profile and privacy settings through Google Play Games or your Google account settings.

7. Retention

Local gameplay and profile data remains on your device until you delete it through available app options, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Remote reward claim records, campaign event logs, and anti-abuse records may be kept in Supabase for as long as reasonably needed to operate rewards, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, maintain statistics, and protect legitimate interests. Advertising, consent, diagnostics, and platform data are retained by each service provider according to its retention practices and your choices. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, and protect our legitimate interests.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can change language, theme, avatar, nickname, and fanlight skin settings inside the app.
  • You can choose whether to use Google Play Games achievements and leaderboards where available.
  • You can manage Google Play Games profile and privacy settings through Google Play Games or your Google account.
  • Where available, you can manage ad privacy choices inside the app through Settings → Ads & Privacy / Privacy Choices.
  • If you select “Ask App Not to Track” on iOS, the app does not ask you to allow tracking again in the same consent flow, and ads may be requested without IDFA.
  • Rewarded ads are optional; if you do not watch a rewarded ad, the related ad-based reward may not be granted.
  • Deleting app data or uninstalling the app removes local data from your device, but server-side reward claim or anti-abuse records may remain for operation and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • On iOS, you can change tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • On Android and iOS, you can reset or limit advertising identifiers through supported device settings.
  • Where applicable law provides those rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by contacting us.

9. Children’s privacy

K-ZEN Jigsaw is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers, including Google, Apple, and Supabase, may process information in countries or regions different from where you live, subject to their privacy practices and applicable safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, remote reward operations, SDK configuration, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.

12. Contact
