Effective date: March 24, 2026
Pluvia (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what the App actually processes on your device. The App does not use a separate login or Pluvia-operated server; most data stays on your device.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Pluvia mobile application (client builds for Android, iOS, and similar platforms). Store policies (Google Play, App Store) or OS rules may apply in addition to this document.

2. Information stored on your device (not sent to us)

The App may store the following in local storage (e.g. SharedPreferences). We do not use this to identify you on a server; remove the App or clear app data to delete it.

This data is used only to provide mix playback, library, timer, and scheduled local notifications.

3. Local notifications (no push server from Pluvia)

Bedtime reminders and weekly summaries are scheduled on your device. They are not remote push messages sent from our servers to your device. You can turn notifications off in system settings.

4. Permissions and OS features

The App may request the following, depending on platform and feature:

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App may show banner ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google may process data as described in the Google Privacy Policy, Advertising info, and AdMob policies, including for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

AdMob metrics and revenue are aggregated in Google’s and the developer’s consoles; the App does not upload your mix lists to advertisers as custom content.

6. Third-party services

Ads: Google LLC (Google Mobile Ads SDK).
Distribution and reviews are governed by Google Play / Apple policies.

7. Children

Pluvia offers sleep and ASMR-style audio. There is no Pluvia account system aimed at children. Ads are subject to Google’s policies and developer console targeting (including family programs, where applicable). Parents can use device parental controls and ad settings.

8. Retention and deletion

On-device data is removed when you clear app data or uninstall the App. Data Google holds is governed by Google’s policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if features change (e.g. new analytics or sign-in). Material updates may be announced in the App or by updating the effective date above.

10. Contact

For privacy or ad-related questions, use the developer contact shown on the App’s store listing. Keep this page in sync with the URL you provide to the stores.
